◆ 本產品所有關鍵零件均采用用日本進口鋼材SKD11加硬處理，同時表面鍍高強度防銹硬鉻；氣缸和閥采用國內著名品牌亞德克（AIRTAC）,導軌和滑塊采用臺灣上銀（HIWIN）,端子刀片采用瑞士壹勝佰（ASSAB）的ASP88專用刀模料,經久耐用。
◆ 壓接高度連續(xù)調節(jié)系統(tǒng)：采用轉盤調節(jié)機構，C.H.調節(jié)精度0.05mm，調節(jié)范圍0.5mm；I.H.調節(jié)精度0.1mm，調節(jié)范圍1.0mm調節(jié)節(jié)奏感強，刻度易識別，從此不用再頻繁調整壓接機閉合高度，理想的壓接質量就是這么容易實現(xiàn)！
